"I just switched to the State Farm. Office manager Mr Tyler helped me with my insurance, and he did outstanding work for me."

"Nice people, but professionally speaking, the worst statefarm office I got involved in a decade, they are careless, messy and won’t take care of people even if they make mistakes. The number of mistakes on my case is ridiculous in 7 months I have been with them, the most recent was that they cancelled my home insurance without my permission, sent the notice to a wrong address, and told me “your application was eaten by our new system”, really? I had to pay more than $300 more for a less coverage for their mistake. Now, they are saying I still own them another $95 while I went to their office, reviewed everything, and paid in full. Other issues on my renter insurance and several quoting issues. They might be ok in the past, but not anymore. Less than 1 star for sure."

Jackie doesn’t just sell insurance—she sells peace of mind with the energy of a caffeinated golden retriever who also happens to have a degree in finance. She explained things so clearly that even my cousin Kyle (who once tried to microwave a metal fork) could understand. She’s the Beyoncé of bundling policies. The Gordon Ramsay of getting you the best rate—minus the yelling. At one point I think she used Jedi mind tricks to get me better coverage and save me money. Honestly, I trust Jackie more than I trust my GPS. If State Farm gave out medals, she’d already be wearing six and turning down a seventh because she’s “just doing her job.” Legendary behavior.
